When will I get my order?
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way. We currently use UPS for reliable delivery across the UK. Please note that occasional delays may occur if we're away from the workshop — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Where are the sticks manufactured?
Our sticks are designed here in the UK and manufactured in China. After testing multiple factories over the course of a year, we partnered with a trusted factory team that delivers the quality and consistency we demand.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, so you’ll always see the cost before you pay. For reference, UK deliveries average £10–£15 for a 2–3 day UPS service.
Can i return my stick?
Yes — your rights are protected under UK consumer law. On top of this, we offer a 100-day warranty against breakage or shaft failures.
Just remember that any custom orders do not qualify for the 14 day cool off period.
Do you make custom sticks?
Yes — get in touch via email to discuss custom options.
We offer more blade types and can even make complete custom graphics for your team.
