Most brands only offer 30 days.
with us, you get 100 days of coverage from when you received the stick.

*If your stick breaks due to a manufacturer defect during normal on-ice use, we’ll replace it — no hassle.

What’s Covered

• A break or failure of the shaft or hosel from standard ice hockey play

• In-stock, retail models purchased directly from CELLY

• One replacement per original purchase

What’s Not Covered

• postage and packaging costs of the replacement

• Damage from abuse, off-ice use (e.g. concrete/asphalt), or intentional breakage

• Normal wear and tear, including cuts from skate blades including failures due to this wear and tear

• Cosmetic issues (scratches, chips, grip wear)

• Custom builds, limited edition, or event-exclusive sticks (unless otherwise specified) - Standard 30 day warranty applies

If Your Model’s Out of Stock

We’ll offer you either:

• A like-for-like replacement when back in stock

• Or the option to upgrade by covering the price difference
