We offer a 100-day warranty on all sticks against manufacturing defects.

To make a claim, please contact us through our warranty form with clear images and order details.
If approved, we will issue a one-time replacement. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or intentional damage.
Returns for non-warranty reasons may be accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

All orders are shipped from the UK using UPS or other reliable couriers.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days of shipping.
Occasional delays may occur due to availability or if we're away from the workshop.
We currently ship to select countries in Europe. Import duties and taxes may apply.
