What happens after i fill in the form or email you?

Once we receive your claim, we’ll review the details and get back to you via email — either to honour the warranty or to request more information if needed. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

do i have to pay for shipping for my replacement?

If your one-time replacement is approved, you’ll just need to cover the shipping cost — typically £10–15 to most UK addresses. Collection may also be an option, depending on your location.

When will I get my replacement?

If your claim is successful and the replacement is ready to ship, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days via UPS (for UK addresses).

Please note there may be a short delay between claim approval and dispatch, but we aim to ship your replacement as soon as possible.
